In his goodbye discourse as President, he said the Head administrator was “driving transformational changes” in the nation with “enthusiasm and vitality”. He had additionally shared the Executive’s goodbye letter to him on Twitter, saying it had “touched” his heart.

Known for talking his brain without exceeding the limits of the constitution, the previous President today communicated his reservations about the forceful BJP battle to remove the Congress from each state in India.
