South India Breakfast Recipe Besan (Kadalai Mavu) Dosa
- Besan (Kadalai Mavu) flour – 1 cup
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric Power – 1/4 teaspoon
- Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Green Chilli (small size) – 3
- Coriander Leaves – few
- Onion – 2
- Tomato – 1
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste
- Oil – 4 teaspoons
Indian Breakfast Recipes (Menu), Finely chop onions, tomato, green stew and coriander leaves .
In a bowl put Besan, chilli powder, turmeric, asafoetida, salt and blend well. Add required water and influence hitter to like dosa player. Include slashed green bean stew and coriander leaves to the player and blend it well.
Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a major spoon of the hitter beginning from the corner to the center of the tawa (like making rawa dosai). Lift the Tawa and tilt in a round movement with the goal that the player spreads consistently. Sprinkle cleaved onion and tomato on the best. Pour little oil around the dosa and permit to cook for couple of minutes. Flip it over and cook opposite side additionally and evacuate.
Present with any chutney.
