How To Prepare Corn Meal Kichadi, Easy Breakfast Recipe Corn Meal Upma
- Corn Meal – 2 cups
- Onion – 1
- Green chillies – 5
- Carrot -1
- Tomato – 1
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
- Curry Leaves – few
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Mustard – 1/4 teaspoon
- Aniseeds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon stick – 1 small piece
- Cloves – 2
- Bay Leaf – a small piece
- Whole cardamom – 1
- Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste
- Water – 3 cups

In a kadai put the oil and when it is hot include mustard. When it flies up, include aniseeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, sound departs and saute for a moment.
