Take ¼ cup of mustard seeds and 1 glass water to it and soak up to 3-4 hours.

consume that water for 3-4 times a day it stops the loose motions and repeat these process as much as you can for good result.

Lemon Juice

Lemon has Vitamin C and antibacterial elements present in it cures the stomach infection, it helps to control dehydration levels.













Take a lemon and extract the juice from it add pinch of salt and 1 spoon of sugar to it consume this drink for every hour. Feel until the toxins present in the stomach are flushed out.
